Today I have learned a lot from the book Lead Today. It taught me that servant leaders must positively influence others. Leadership is not about fame; rather, it is about humility. The book helped me understand this by showing me how to learn from Jesus. Jesus, though a great leader, humbled Himself and washed the feet of His disciples. Therefore, as leaders, we too must humble ourselves and positively influence our students. Servant leaders are trustworthy, impactful in all areas, visionary, self-disciplined, approachable to their followers, and refrain from self-exaltation. Thus, I learned that when I assume leadership roles, I should embrace humility, as Jesus did, and influence others positively. Additionally, I realized the importance of taking responsibility for the work that needs to be done today, whether the outcome is good or bad. I have gained so much from this book. I pray that this book reaches children around the world, helping them learn and benefit from it. May God bless you all! The book Lead Today teaches that servant leaders, regardless of the circumstances they face, must positively influence those they lead. It also explains the various ways in which they can create a positive impact.
